【家常便菜】煎酱油肉片 - Fried Soy Sauce Slice Pork

喜歡吃媽媽這一道拿手菜,卻不知該如何取個正確的菜名。但很肯定的知道是配飯的好菜,濃郁的豬油,吃起來有點犯罪感,但不要常吃就好,都怪那張貪吃的嘴巴。

材料 Ingredients:
200克 猪腰肉, 切小块200g Pork Loin, Cut into small piece

腌肉料 Marinated:
1 汤匙 酱油1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 汤匙 黑晒油1 Tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce
1/2 汤匙 麻油1/2 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
1/2 汤匙 绍兴酒1/2 Tablespoon Chinese Wine
1/2 茶匙胡椒粉1/2 Teaspoon Pepper Powder

做法 Method:
首先将腌肉料加入猪腰肉腌约30分钟。热锅,加热一茶匙食用油, 加入猪腰肉, 用中火炒大约10分钟至肉熟了为止, 就可取出配饭享用。
