type='text'>你好，谢谢你的回复。昨天尝试了这款蛋糕，但是，我没有低筋粉，用的是一般的面粉，结果是上皮有脆，里面有点湿(未放凉时)，外皮有点焦，有点油。。。闻起来很香，放凉了后，口感/里面柔软，前几口很好吃。。接着就味道很苦。。。有点像面粉不熟的苦涩味道。。。。&lt;br /&gt;不知道是什么原因，是温度过高吗(我先预热烤炉10mins，然后才放进muffins，用180度，烤30mins)。。。。还是必须用低筋面粉？&lt;br /&gt;另外想请问：我是用stand mixer的，所以 在 **倒入牛奶搅拌混合均匀后，加入柠檬汁，搅拌片刻至混合均匀**这步骤是用电动搅拌器 OR 手动？有差吗？&lt;br /&gt;還有我的烤箱是有分上下火的~ 我都全開~
