| 不久前刚做了用酸忌廉(Sour Cream)制作的马铃薯汤,兴致勃勃之下,就做了这创作出这鸡肉马铃薯汤者。我最喜欢这浓郁的马铃薯汤里有香香的芝士味道。由于加入了鸡肉,特地用了食物处理机将鸡肉搅碎于汤中。 |
材料 Ingredients:
| 鸡腿肉 2只, 去骨(约150克) | 2 Chicken Thigh, Boneless (about 150g) |
| 马铃薯 2粒, 切块(约150克) | 2 Potato, Pieced(about 150g) |
| 芝士 50克, 刨丝 | 50g Cheddar Cheese,Grated |
| 鸡精 1块 | 1 Chicken Stock |
| 热水 150毫升 | 150ml Boiled Water |
| 蒜头米 1汤匙 | 1 Tablespoon Grated Garlic |
| 牛奶 250毫升 | 250ml Milk |
| 重忌廉 300毫升 | 300ml Heavy Cream |
调味料 Seasonings:
| 1/4 茶匙盐 | 1/4 Teaspoon Salt |
| 1/8 茶匙胡椒粉 | 1/8 Teaspoon Pepper Powder |
