腊肠炒蛋 - Wax Sausage Fried Egg

冰箱里的腊肠储存了好一段日子,又是时候取出来使用了。这回准备了腊肠炒蛋, 准备起来非常容易,可以参考之前的葱头炒蛋, 做法中将腊肠取代葱头即可。简简单单的一道菜,可以配上午餐或晚餐的菜肴之一。

材料 Ingredients:
2粒鸡蛋2 Egg
1条腊肠,切片1 Wax Sausage,Sliced

调味料 Seasonings:
1/8 茶匙盐1/8 Teaspoon Salt
1/8 茶匙胡椒粉1/8 Teaspoon Pepper Powder


3 2 1 开麦拉 Camera

    恭喜你呀。其实在唐人街应该会找到腊肠吧?我之前看过唐人街商店里的冰箱一整年都有卖。

  3. I want to try this dish as well and I have one question. Is it more tastier to fry the sausage first or to steam it prior to the egg frying?

  4. Hi Julian Tan, Welcome. ^^ Yes, it is required to stir-fry the sausage for a moment in advance before mixing into beaten egg, the taste will be much better.^^
