[咸香]的酱油炒烧肉 - Soybean Stir-Fry Roasted Pork

除了直接将烧肉拿来吃,还有个吃法就是它来炒酱油。只要配上一碗白饭,淋上那猪油香气的酱汁,虽然少了香脆的表皮,但吃起来还有一样的美味。

材料 Ingredients:
200克 烧肉200g Roasted Pork
1 茶匙 蒜葺1 Teaspoon Grated Garlic

调味料 Seasonings:
1/2 茶匙酱油1/4 Teaspoon Soybean Sauce
1 茶匙黑酱油1 Teaspoon Black Soybean Sauce
2 汤匙水2 Tablespoon Water

做法 Method:
锅热加入一茶匙食油,爆香蒜葺。加入烧肉和调味料炒均。
关盖焖煮大约十分钟,即可上桌享用。
