天然去腥 愛上鮮魚 清蒸魚肉 (魚露麴) - Steamed Fish Fillet ( Fish Sauce Koji )


材料 A  
Grouper Fillet石斑魚肉200 g/克
Fish Sauce Koji魚露麴20 g/克 (10% of Protein)
Sea Salt幼鹽A Pinch Of / 少許
材料 B  
 Home-Cooked Seasoned Soy Sauce自製蒸魚豉油3 Tbsp / 湯匙
Old Ginger老姜 15 g / 克 
材料 C - Garnish 裝飾  
Curled Spring Onion蔥絲少許 / Some
