[南洋甜品]之梗冬/ 麥粥 - Sweet Wheat Porridge Dessert (Gandum)

犹记得小时候常吃到的麥粥, 感觉最近好久都没吃到了。偶尔在外头还看到一些小贩在推着流动挡口在贩卖着,除了这麥粥之外, 还有绿豆汤和红豆汤等。不知道大家是否对这甜品不再那么喜爱,还是在家里随时可以享用到的关系, 因为看到售卖这类甜品的小贩亦也来也少看到了。如果你还没尝过经典的南洋甜品,不妨就试一试椰香浓气的麥粥。

材料 Ingredients:
200克梗冬200g Wheat Pearls (Gandum)
4片 班兰叶,打结4 Pandan Leaves, knotted
200毫升浓椰汁
200ml Concentrated Coconut Milk
100克冰糖
100g Rock Sugar
1.5公升 水
1.5 Liter Water

做法 Method:
首先将梗冬泡水隔夜浸软后,将水倒掉,备用。将梗冬、班兰叶和水放入锅内炖约2个小时至麥粥软化剥开。将班兰叶取出,加入冰糖和浓椰汁再炖20分钟,即可取出享用。

  5. Hi Agnes Sim, 通常的麥粒都是去了殼, 所以是需要浸過夜.^^

  8. Hi Cupid Karen, 我也不太確定是大麥還是小麥。不過,從外表來看,它是整顆黃澄澄色呈粒狀。
