素炒粿條 - Vegetarian Char Koay Teow / Char Koay Teow


材料 A  
Light Soy Sauce生抽5 tbsp / 湯匙
Dark Soy Sauce黑抽1 tbsp / 湯匙
Vegetarian Oyster Sauce素蠔油1 tbsp / 湯匙
Vegetarian Fish Sauce素魚露1 tsp / 茶匙
Brown Sugar紅糖1/2 tsp / 茶匙
材料 B  
Koay Teow粿條75 Gram / 克
Salted Preserved Radish (Xian Cai Pu)]鹹菜脯1 tsp / 茶匙
 調味料 Seasoning  
Ground Peppercorn 胡椒粉A Pinch Of / 少許
