炸菜脯蒸魚 (白鯧魚) - Deep Fried Raddish Steamed Fish ( White Pomfret )


材料 A  
White Pomfret白鯧魚400 g/克
Sea Salt幼鹽1/2 Tsp / 茶匙
材料 B  
 Home-Cooked Seasoned Soy Sauce自製蒸魚豉油3 Tbsp / 湯匙
Old Ginger老姜 15 g / 克 
Deep Fried Raddish炸菜脯3 Tbsp / 湯匙
